What is fair usage policy?

Fair usage policy is designed to prevent misuse and abuse of the service. For example, if you are embedding tools on your website, you must ensure that the tools are not being used excessively. If you exceed the usage limits set by the fair usage policy, you may be subject to additional charges.

Starter Plan:

  • Each second of action execution time costs $0.002
  • Your base plan includes usage up to $29
  • If you exceed the $29 threshold, additional fair usage charges will apply
  • We monitor and calculate costs based on your and your users' total action execution time
  • Let's say you run a 'Scrape URL' action, which takes 1 second, and an 'AI Image Generation' action, which takes 4 seconds. Your spending for these actions would be (1 second + 4 seconds) * $0.002 per second = $0.01

Pro Plan:

  • Each second of action execution time costs $0.001 (50% less than Starter)
  • Your base plan includes usage up to $99
  • If you exceed the $99 threshold, additional fair usage charges will apply
  • We monitor and calculate costs based on your and your users' total action execution time
  • Let's say you run a 'Scrape URL' action, which takes 1 second, and an 'AI Image Generation' action, which takes 4 seconds. Your spending for these actions would be (1 second + 4 seconds) * $0.001 per second = $0.005

How Chrome Extension white-labeling works?
Normally your tools can be used with Toolmark AI Chrome Extension. However, with white-labeling, you can create your own Chrome Extension with your own branding, icon, chrome web store page and distribute it to your users. This way, your users can use your tools directly in Chrome without having to install the Toolmark AI Chrome Extension. All you need to do is providing us with the branding assets and we will provide you the Chrome Extension package that you can publish to the Chrome Web Store under your own developer account.
How to upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Just go to the billing page and select the plan you want to switch to. Your new plan will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
How to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just go to the billing page and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.
